Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, direct them to relevant staff members, and take messages as needed.
  • Maintain the reception and waiting areas to a high standard, working collaboratively with your team to achieve this goal.
  • Assist worried or upset clients by connecting them with the appropriate support resources.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, typing letters, scanning, and filing both online and offline.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned to you, within your capabilities.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, excellent typing skills, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Demonstrate exceptional telephone manners and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with animals is desirable, along with a friendly, proactive, and committed attitude.
