Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to management teams, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Manage diaries, answer phone calls, and provide reception support
  • Carry out ward clerk duties, perform data entry, and schedule management
Requirements
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in a clerical or administration role
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and data entry
