We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at NHS Lanarkshire.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality business and operational service support to the division, contributing to the implementation of strategy and ensuring opportunities for continuous development and improvement of services.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business management or equivalent knowledge and experience. They should possess postgraduate expertise within business management or operational management, along with excellent leadership skills to manage day-to-day service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in business management or equivalent knowledge and demonstrable experience
  • Postgraduate expertise within a business management/operational management or health service area
  • Effective leadership skills to enable day-to-day management of service delivery
  • Line management experience
  • Knowledge of planning, operational processes, and systems
  • Excellent team-working skills and ability to motivate and influence others
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of basic information technology
