Your primary focus will be on managing teams responsible for operational delivery of fibre and copper networks across Scotland. You will hold the operational P&L responsibility, ensuring the successful management of risk and project delivery across the UK.

Your key objectives will include:

We are a leading provider to the Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure, and Power Sectors in Ireland and the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to:
  • Advise, build, and oversee the building of the delivery team and processes for R100, including proposed structure, people, process, and technology in any mobilization plan.

  • Own all aspects of delivery and reporting, including budget and forecast, quality, health and safety, customer satisfaction, and program – this should include structured weekly and monthly governance meetings, focusing on progress, risks, issues, and cost value reporting per project.

We offer a competitive salary and a benefits package, including 25 days annual leave per annum, life assurance, access to Employee Assistance Programs, and access to career developmental opportunities.
