Contract Details

The position is a Band 6 permanent full-time role, with 37 hours per week.

About the Role

As an Operational Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business and operational solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of services. This includes analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these challenges.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to implement change initiatives, improve processes, and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective leadership skills and ability to motivate others
  • Knowledge of planning, operational processes, and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits

NHS Lanarkshire offers a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience.

Additionally, you will receive:
