Job Description:
As a Director of Transformation, Planning & Performance, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of transformation strategies that drive operational excellence and improve business performance. This will involve working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet these needs.

You will also be responsible for leading a team of Deputy Directors, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver their roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement transformation strategies that drive operational excellence and improve business performance
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet these needs
* Lead a team of Deputy Directors, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver their roles effectively

Requirements:
* Proven track record of delivering business transformation and operational excellence initiatives
* Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders

Salary:
£140,000 - £170,000 per annum, depending on experience.
