Job Description

The finance team successfully maintains all aspects of the company's financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidation of the Target Healthcare Group's monthly management accounts – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Statement.
  • Consolidation of Group cashflow forecasts, performing Net Working Capital reviews and analysis to support short- and long-term objectives.
  • Reporting Balance Sheet trends and analysis, with quarterly reviews with stakeholders.
  • Supporting annual reports and policies.
  • Ensuring adequate planning and compliance with statutory returns and accounting regulations.
  • Monitoring compliance within banking or funding covenants set.
  • Supporting the roll out of new software's and process improvements within the Group.
  • Ability to work autonomously with drive to complete tasks to highest quality and accuracy.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
