beBee Professionals is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, with a proven track record of ensuring financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability, making informed decisions to optimize resources.
  • Lead audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, driving business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
