Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our team at Anderson Knight in Edinburgh. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with a 50/50 split between office and home work arrangements.

About the Role: As an HR Adviser, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees by providing expert advice on HR matters, including casework management, policy development, and organisational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage HR casework, ensuring compliance with policies and sector standards.
  2. Provide guidance on organisational policies and procedures to employees.
  3. Assist with recruitment, pay and reward, and organisational change initiatives.
  4. Support HR administrators with complex queries.
  5. Lead and contribute to HR projects aimed at improving practices and processes.
  6. Implement and communicate new or revised HR policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate: You should have expertise in HR, a proactive and empathetic approach, and be comfortable managing casework and supporting colleagues. Your ability to lead and work collaboratively will be key as you help deliver HR initiatives that align with our values of wellbeing, inclusion, and person-centered approaches.
