Join our client's dynamic People team as an HR Advisor and take ownership of HR-related issues in a company that values its employees. Based in Warwick, this role requires a consultative approach and confidence in working with managers to guide performance discussions, helping identify development opportunities and supporting employees' growth within the organisation.

About the Role:

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm with hybrid working available (3 days in the office and 2 from home). As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development, performance management, and offboarding.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Employee Lifecycle: Ensure a consistent and positive experience at every stage, from onboarding to career development, performance management, and offboarding.
  2. Work with Managers: Collaborate with managers to guide performance discussions, identifying development opportunities and supporting employees' growth within the organisation.
  3. Hiring Processes: Support hiring processes by collaborating with the recruitment team for a smooth candidate experience and conducting effective onboarding for new team members.
  4. Day-to-Day Guidance: Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with company standards and employment laws.
Key Skills & Experience:
  1. Prior experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisory role is essential.
  2. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law.
Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive 6% Company pension contribution, Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance (x3 basic salary), and 28 days Annual Leave throughout the year, plus an additional 3 days Annual Leave in the December holiday period.
