This HR Advisor position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Third Kind Games Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on HR-related matters to Studio Leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing accurate monthly payroll data, ensuring reconciliation with holidays, sickness, pay changes, and updating payroll with new starter information.
  • Support internal communication functions and updates for brand and tone of voice within TKG.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience with IT programmes and HR systems, who can also support additional internal projects. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills and be computer literate with programmes such as Word, Excel, and other IT Systems.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. You must be based a commutable distance from Leamington Spa and work in the studio full-time Monday to Friday.
