Recovery Specialist

The Care New England Health System is committed to supporting the recovery of individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a critical role in facilitating this process by coordinating services and providing support to consumers.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate services to minimize stressors and facilitate the reduction of psychiatric and substance abuse disorder symptoms.
  • Provide support counseling, problem solving, contracts, and limit setting.
  • Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of therapeutic services.
  • Make assessments and provide appropriate crisis interventions and risk management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
  • Experience in Human Services field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insured auto.
  • Flexibility.
Estimated Salary Range:

$75,000 - $100,000 per year.
