Your Job Description:

As an Apprentice (Level 3) - Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payrolls, managing employee data, and supporting payroll-related inquiries in a dynamic team environment. This role involves working closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely payments, as well as maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle payroll processes.
  • Process monthly and weekly payrolls with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and verify variable cash and hours inputs for payroll purposes.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and extract data for payroll integration.
  • Support statutory payments and salary sacrifice schemes.

Requirements:

Salary: £26,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
