The Opportunity

SF Recruitment is looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Asap consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, supporting management with growth and progression, collaborating with the recruitment team, identifying training needs, and providing HR advice across a business area. You will also have the opportunity to work with our recruitment team to identify training needs and develop a training plan that supports the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Support management with growth and development, including performance management and career planning
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify training needs and develop a training plan
  • Provide HR advice as a business partner, including guidance on HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a generalist or advisory role
  • Strong HR systems knowledge
  • CIPD 5 qualification preferred
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, flexible working hours, and access to training and development opportunities.
