We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Family Support Coordinator to lead and co-ordinate the delivery of family wrap around services in Warwickshire.

About the Role:
  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting families in need.
  • The post holder will work closely with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of services against contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and co-ordinate the delivery of family wrap around services, ensuring high-quality performance and smooth service delivery.
  2. Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing supervision and coaching as needed.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including families, community partners, and local authorities.
  4. Ensure effective communication and coordination across all aspects of the service, including on-call rotas and line management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in family support and community outreach, with a proven track record of engaging hard-to-reach families.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A qualification in leadership or management, with evidence of continual professional development.
Benefits:
  • An annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience.
  • 28 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and additional leave entitlement based on length of service.
