About the Job:Care New England Health System is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Coordinator to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will provide critical support services to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare team members.
- Prepare patient charts and documents, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies, minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe working environment.
A minimum of two years of relevant work experience, preferably in a hospital setting, is required. Basic computer skills and certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant are also necessary.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling available. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
