Healthcare Support Professional Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care services, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and undressing, as well as assisting with personal hygiene.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and temperature, under the supervision of the primary professional.
- Document care provided according to Agency policies and complete Agency paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and committees to ensure continuous improvement of patient care services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with continuing education courses as required to maintain CNA certification.
- Holds current Rhode Island CNA certification.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Minimum one (1) year previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
