**Salary and Benefits:*
- £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

**Responsibilities:*
- Travel across the region to provide clinical guidance and support to staff

- RGN or RMN qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
