Regional Sales and Growth Specialist

Job Summary:This is an entry-level role that offers a great opportunity to grow and develop your career in a sales environment.
About the Role:As a Sales Developer, you will be responsible for increasing brand distribution and visibility within retailers in your area, as well as taking ownership of merchandising and executing additional agreements on space and display.
You will focus on category-led selling to achieve the best return from your customers and prove your ability to negotiate and build solid and progressive relationships.
The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate, and has a 'go-getter' mentality when it comes to tackling projects, taking on new challenges, and driving their own development.
No extensive sales experience or degree is required to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities:- Increase brand distribution and visibility within retailers in your area
- Take ownership of merchandising and execute additional agreements on space and display
- Focus on category-led selling to achieve the best return from customers
- No weekend working (40 hours Monday to Friday)
- 20 days paid holidays + 8 public holidays
