About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Children's Head of Service to lead our integrated service for children and young people. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the service strategy
- Manage and develop a team of staff
- Ensure the service meets the needs of children and young people
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the service's performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience of leading a children's service
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to develop and implement a service strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
