We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Leaders and ensuring the operational and financial performance of our services in the Hertfordshire, London, and Sussex area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Service Leaders and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements, including CI/CQC regulations and inspection processes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations to contribute to the formulation of the organisation's business planning process.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in Health and Social Care, such as a qualified Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ L4, or Care and Management L5.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Medication L3 Training.
  • Deep understanding of person-centred care.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in complex care within a social/health care setting.
  • Working with MDT and participating in complex case reviews.
  • Experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life.
  • Previous experience working across multiple sites, in a health and social care setting.
  • Experience leading teams and managing people.
  • Experience of managing budgets.
  • Knowledge of complex care and conditions like epilepsy, autism.
