About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive key strategic projects and lead improvement initiatives in Adult Social Care. As a senior leadership role, you will support the delivery of our ambitious vision: creating a borough where everyone has access to equal opportunities and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Adult Social Care Improvement team and deliver strategic improvement projects.
  • Oversee the preparation and response to CQC inspections and ensure compliance with national policies.
  • Drive forward a culture of co-production with service users and carers, ensuring their voices are at the heart of service development.

  • Substantial, relevant experience in senior management within the public or social care sector, specifically in strategy development, programme management, and leading change initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of adult social care policies, particularly CQC inspection frameworks.
