About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive key strategic projects, lead improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of our ambitious vision for Adult Social Care in Islington, London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Adult Social Care Improvement team and deliver strategic improvement projects.
  • Oversee the preparation and response to CQC inspections and ensure compliance with national policies.
  • Drive forward a culture of co-production with service users and carers, ensuring their voices are at the heart of service development.
What We're Looking For
  • Substantial, relevant experience in senior management within the public or social care sector, specifically in strategy development, programme management, and leading change initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of adult social care policies, particularly CQC inspection frameworks.
