Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling client calls, taking information, and reading case notes to triage calls or work items to the right team or consultant. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service skills, using the telephone system 'Openscape' and staff scheduling system to monitor availability, and ensuring records are accurate by entering information onto the advice system.

The ideal candidate will have a "can-do" attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively within the team. Strong time management skills and a dynamic, flexible approach are essential in this role. As part of our graduate scheme, you may be able to move into our Employment Consultancy team, where training opportunities will be provided to further your career in HR.
