Job Opportunity: HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our People and Culture team. This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming start for new hires, overseeing office management, providing HR support, and maintaining data integrity.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Facilitation: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, leveraging your HR experience to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Office Management: Oversee the Manchester office's environment, ensuring it remains productive and engaging.
  • HR Support: Provide guidance on basic immigration and employment practices and policies, working closely with our People Partners.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of HR system data and assist in report generation for decision-making.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration, with a focus on onboarding and employee support. You should be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at data management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
