The HR Operations Specialist position is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic global HR Operations team.

You will be part of a global HR support team delivering a seamless and positive employee experience at all levels in the organization. As part of the Global HR Operations team, you will be the connection point between the employees and the Global HR function. This role will provide day to day HR support to employees in UK and across various countries in Europe.

Tasks

You will ensure efficiency and accuracy across transactional HR Operations responsibilities aligned to all phases of the employee lifecyle, including but not limited to:

- Data entry and audits in local and global HR systems, including HRIS and time and absence tools and systems
- Support recruitment activities and coordinate with Hiring Managers and our Talent Acquisition team
- Issue employment contracts and agreements
- Facilitate new joiner processes to ensure completion of all requirements, including compliance with training requirements and internal processes for new joiners
- Maintain employee files, making certain files are compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements and aligned to internal procedures
- Support offboarding processes for employees, handle inquiries, prepare required documentation and partner with internal teams to facilitate a well-coordinated exit
- Support and coordinate requirements for disciplinaries, as directed by HRBPs
- Liaise with internal support functions to coordinate workflows and ensure successful and timely completion of internal procedures. Key stakeholder groups such as Global HR colleagues: HRIS, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and internal support functions: IT, Legal, Finance, Operations, amongst others.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in HR/People Operations role with a solid understanding of requirements, regulations and data privacy guidelines in the UK and European countries. As well as experience with HRIS platforms and demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Soft skills: teamplayer, organized, results-oriented, analytical & problem solver, innovative and customer focused.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the full MS Office Suite, including MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Location: Manchester, UK preferred.
