European Sales and Business Development Leader

CBS Global Workplace Solutions / Data Center Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Director Europe to lead our EMEA growth strategy and drive sales growth in the data centre market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing sales teams, negotiating large-scale deals, and fostering a positive sales culture.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the data centre industry, with a competitive estimated salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Key Requirements:- A strong track record of success in winning new business, with demonstrated knowledge of selling 'managed services' and influencing C-Level executives/decision makers.
- Leadership experience in building high-performing sales teams that consistently outperform the competition and exceed sales plan results.
- Extensive experience in Facility Management Services, developing outsourcing solutions, pricing, and org development models preferred.
- Competitive estimated salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum.
