European Sales and Business Development Manager

Are you a sales expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement?
We are Novoexec, a leading provider of innovative off-grid power solutions, and we are seeking an exceptional European Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the European market, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a home-based UK role with regular travel to all parts of the UK and Continental Europe. The salary for this position is approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our European customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop integrated sales strategies
- Focus on increasing revenue for conventional and renewable energy solutions
Requirements:
- Graduate or graduate calibre degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in the energy sector
