European Business Expansion Manager Job Summary:

POP MART is looking for an experienced European Business Expansion Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts in key European markets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales operations, a data-driven approach, and experience in an enterprise-scale business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Expanding European Presence: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion of the retail business in the European region.
  • Market Performance: Manage multiple markets and countries to meet or exceed performance targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and local authorities to drive business success.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of regional managers and store staff, promoting collaboration and excellence.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, costs, and inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws and company policies, maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Collect and analyze data to inform strategic decisions, driving business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of success in sales & marketing leadership roles within the Retail industry.
  • Business Acumen: Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
  • Critical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business environments.

Estimated Salary: €85,000 - €110,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Working Location: Europe-wide (UK, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Germany)
