EBAOTECH (UK) LIMITED is seeking a Commercial Operations Director to lead our business growth and commercial operations in the European Insurance market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering direction, development, management, and implementation of strategies designed to grow the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue growth targets, with at least 10 years of experience in Cloud PaaS or SaaS business, preferably in a senior management or director level role. They will be responsible for creating and executing territory business plans, establishing and maintaining business-to-business relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, and enabling enterprise clients to deliver digital transformation and business outcomes through IT transformation.

You will also provide direct management of functional managers, develop and effectively coach high potential talent, and drive high-performance standards and a cohesive culture throughout the region. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, and a proven ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
