As a key member of our Business Services team, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience for both prospect businesses and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an excellent customer journey by partnering with other teams to serve the customer and ensure a good customer experience.
- Be a direct point of contact for the customer, handling incoming customer queries such as billing and invoice queries, updating product configuration user access, and allowing the customer to maintain and grow their services with us.
- Be the 'last line of defence' for data hygiene management within the CRM system, ensuring customer accounts, opportunities, and communication records are kept up to date and accurate.
- Provide tailored support to each of our prospect or existing customers during critical times such as contracting or renewing, communicating clearly and effectively the requirements and next steps, resulting in a frictionless great customer experience.
Requirements:
- Have a customer-first mind-set and the ability to deliver results on time.
- Experience of working in a B2B environment with high value corporate clients.
- Have an administrative background and be proficient in Microsoft applications.
