Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on designing seamless customer processes that ensure every Zero customer has a remarkable experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support over the phone and email, resolving queries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Support customers in becoming educated about Zero's innovative products and services, empowering them to make eco-conscious financial choices.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience (bonus points if it's in banking or financial services).
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a great telephone manner.
  • Someone who takes ownership, solving problems with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple systems to resolve customer queries.
  • A passion for improving processes and driving positive change.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £25k-£27k depending on experience.
