About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at REISS. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our Kingston store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Support the opening and closing of the store, maintaining a high level of store appearance and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, delegating duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • Performance Management: Assist the management team in leading the team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the store.
Requirements
  • Passion for Luxury Retail: A passion for premium or luxury product is essential, but we welcome candidates from all customer-facing backgrounds.
  • Customer Focus: Be able to see things through the customer's eyes and provide a personalized service experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Have excellent organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
