This position is for 12 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts family, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to serve outdoor enthusiasts by delivering exceptional customer service and a diverse selection of products from top-tier brands, all while advocating for sustainability.

What will your contribution be?

In your role within our retail team, you will work alongside passionate individuals and our expanding customer community. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Crafting a premium and welcoming shopping atmosphere by engaging with customers to comprehend their unique needs and preferences. Embodying the company values, taking pride in your store, and collaborating to provide an outstanding customer experience. Engaging in training sessions offered by our internal development team and external partners to enhance your product knowledge and build upon your existing skills. Upholding a superior shopping and working environment by following store and stockroom standards. Recognizing opportunities for additional sales.

You will thrive in this role if you possess:

A genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication abilities. Effective organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks. A desire to learn about outdoor activities and products.
