Please note this position is for 12 hours per week on a rotating schedule.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to cater to outdoor enthusiasts by delivering exceptional customer service and a diverse range of products from top-tier brands, all while advocating for sustainability.

What will your role entail?

In this retail position, you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals and our expanding customer base. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Crafting a premium and welcoming shopping experience by engaging with customers to comprehend their unique needs and preferences. Embodying the company values, taking pride in your store, and collaborating to create an outstanding customer experience. Engaging in training sessions provided by our in-house development team and external brands to enhance your product knowledge and build upon your existing skills. Upholding a superior shopping and working environment by following shop and stockroom standards. Recognizing opportunities for additional sales.

A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Exceptional communication abilities. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks. A desire to learn about outdoor activities and products.
