As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to cater to outdoor enthusiasts by delivering exceptional customer service and a diverse selection of products from renowned brands, all while championing sustainability.

What will your role entail?

In your role as a member of our retail team, you will work alongside passionate individuals and engage with our expanding customer base. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Crafting a premium and welcoming shopping atmosphere by connecting with customers to comprehend their unique needs and preferences. Embodying the company's values, taking pride in your store, and collaborating to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Engaging in training sessions offered by our internal development team and external brands to enhance your product knowledge and refine your existing skills. Upholding a pristine shopping and working environment by adhering to store and stockroom standards. Recognizing opportunities for additional sales.
