As a member of our retail team, you will be part of a dynamic and driven group of individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join our team in Kingston. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store, motivating team members to achieve sales and operational goals, and providing an exceptional customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
  • Support the opening and closing of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Inspire the team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working towards a common goal.
  • Delegating duties and responsibilities to sales team members, ensuring that they deliver and complete tasks to the highest standard in a timely manner.
  • Assist the management team in leading the team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the store.

Requirements

  • A passion for premium or luxury products, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to see things from the customer's perspective.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Be a team player, with good written and verbal communication skills.
