Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join our team in Kingston. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store, motivating team members to achieve sales and operational goals, and providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
- Support the opening and closing of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Inspire the team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Delegating duties and responsibilities to sales team members, ensuring that they deliver and complete tasks to the highest standard in a timely manner.
- Assist the management team in leading the team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the store.
Requirements
- A passion for premium or luxury products, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to see things from the customer's perspective.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
- Be a team player, with good written and verbal communication skills.
