Sales Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Norwich. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop plans to pursue them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and shared goals.
