Job Title: Account Executive

Job Overview: A well-established packaging manufacturer based in Norwich is seeking an experienced sales professional to handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, queries, and orders from existing and new customers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for retaining and managing existing customer relationships, receiving customer orders/artwork/information, and providing accurate information for estimating, production, reprographics, and technical departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receive customer orders/artwork/information
  2. Provide accurate information for estimating, production, reprographics, and technical departments
  3. Create job bags for production following strict process controls
  4. Distribute accurate information internally and externally to fulfil customer requirements
  5. Critical delivery date management

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering excellent levels of care
  • Prior experience in a print environment
  • A confident communicator and able to handle complex situations
  • Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise workload and plan effectively
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
