Sales Order Processor / Account Executive required for a well-established packaging manufacturer based in the East of England.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, queries, and orders from existing and new customers.

This role involves retaining and managing existing customer relationships, receiving customer orders/artwork/information, and providing accurate information for estimating, production, reprographics, and technical departments.

The ideal candidate will create Job bags for production following strict process controls, distribute accurate information internally and externally to fulfil customer requirements, and liaise with customers regarding price, lead-time, and delivery.

A key responsibility will be stock management, critical delivery date management, and raising purchase orders for raw material and outwork services.

The successful candidate will possess previous experience in Customer Service, a passion for delivering excellent levels of care, and a confident communication style.

A strong organisational skillset coupled with the ability to prioritise workload and plan effectively is essential, as is the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Prepared to take ownership of projects from start to finish, self-motivated, and enthusiastic focused approach to work are also desired traits.

Good IT and Microsoft office skills are required, as well as strong attention to detail.

Based on market conditions, the salary range for this position is approximately £28-30K per annum.
