Clinical Psychologist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Principal Clinical Psychologist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our clinical psychology services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Provide clinical and professional leadership within our inpatient service, working closely with our Consultant Clinical Psychologist and other team members to develop and implement our clinical psychology services.
- Conduct highly specialist psychological assessments and interventions, working with patients and their families to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide training, consultancy, supervision, and support to our multidisciplinary team, including our Trainee Clinical Psychologists.
- Develop and maintain a systematic, high-quality, evidence-based psychology service for our patients, working closely with our locality leadership team and speciality clinical network.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our service's quality improvement initiatives, including service evaluation, audit, and research.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist with a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise. The ideal candidate will have:
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, as accredited by the British Psychological Society.
- Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice.
- HCPC registration.
