Clinical Psychologist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Principal Clinical Psychologist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our clinical psychology services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Provide clinical and professional leadership to our clinical psychology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and the development of our team members.
- Conduct complex psychological assessments and interventions, working with patients with a range of mental health conditions.
- Develop and maintain a systematic, high-quality, evidence-based psychology service for patients accessing our services.
- Work closely with our Consultant Clinical Psychologist, locality leadership team, and speciality clinical network to enhance and evaluate the psychological care offer provided by our multi-professional workforce.
- Provide training, consultancy, supervision, and support to multi-professional staff, teams, and managers.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with a postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, HCPC registration, and experience of working as a qualified clinical psychologist. You will also have experience of providing consultation, training, support, and supervision to other professionals and non-professionals, as well as service development experience.
