Membership Services Coordinator

As a Membership Services Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Regional officers and deal with enquiries from Branches, Shop Stewards, and members on a daily basis. You will have previous experience of working in a secretarial and administrative capacity and be skilled in all Microsoft Office applications. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional support and are eager to contribute to the success of Unite the union.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Regional officers
• Handle enquiries from Branches, Shop Stewards, and members
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to perform tasks efficiently
