Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. The successful candidate will provide world-class front-of-house service to our clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing
    • Assist with viewings and provide product knowledge to clients
    • Contribute to social media initiatives and represent FigFlex Offices at business events
    • Stay up-to-date on competitor information and market trends
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and building occupants
    • Assist with client move-in and move-out procedures
    • Maintain a professional and customer-obsessed culture
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of client paperwork
  • Maintaining Standards
    • Ensure security procedures are followed and maintained
    • Address client issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Conduct regular housekeeping checks to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Finance
    • Liaise with the financial controller on payment matters
    • Escalate payment issues to the financial controller

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to use other computer systems (Technology Within, Qube)
  • Positive personality and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and on own initiative
  • Team player with strong planning and prioritization skills
