IT Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second-line support for our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to network, hardware, and software applications.
Main Responsibilities:
Helpdesk Support
- Respond to and resolve technical queries and issues from employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Desktop Support
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware faults, including coordination with third-party vendors if necessary.
Software Support
- Deliver Microsoft Office support to all employees as required.
- Offer first and second-line support for the firm's specialized applications.
Requirements:
You will need a professional and positive attitude with the ability to provide concise and knowledgeable helpdesk support. You will have the ability to stay calm and work methodically and accurately when under pressure, whilst maintaining excellent time management.
