SC Cleared Service Desk Support Specialist

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to senior technicians or external vendors as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests, including updates and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
• Participate in shift handovers and team meetings to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
• SC clearance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT tools
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required
