Role Overview
At Holiday Inn Chester South, we are seeking a skilled Guest Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is safe, enjoyable, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the hotel in achieving brand and company metrics and objectives
- Build and develop relationships with guests, assessing their needs and adapting your approach accordingly
- Ensure repeat guests, priority members, and VIPs receive recognition and appreciation
- Follow SOPs to maintain consistent hospitality for all guests
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all IHG hotels in your region and promote the hotel, products, and services to all guests
