Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supervise and train a team of front desk staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest queries and requests
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel's appearance and ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded
