We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of cleaning staff and ensure they are working productively and safely.
- Build effective relationships with employees and ensure they are motivated and engaged.
- Work closely with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Support and guide the site cleaning teams to achieve excellent service levels.
- Carry out regular site cleaning audits and provide feedback to the team.
- Support in the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarisation and cleaning procedures.
- Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites and respond to cleaning requests as required.
- Provide up-to-date safety and COSHH training on a regular basis and record accurate records.
- Schedule and assign specific duties and roles to cleaners and ensure they are carried out to the correct standards.
- Support in rota organisation and provide accurate timesheets to the accounts management team.
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels and make orders where required.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Cleaning Services Supervisor, who is able to build credible relationships and motivate employees. You should have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, and experience of audits and working with ISO 9001, 14001, and QHSAS 18001 standards.
